Dialog, a company specializing in Internal Communication and Engagement, announced the launch of Dialog AI Insights, a new generative Artificial Intelligence module that facilitates the analysis of quantitative and qualitative data to enhance strategies in the area. The solution is part of Dialog AI, an Artificial Intelligence ecosystem for Engagement, which also includes the modules Power AI Creator and Dialog Engagement Index.
The announcement comes at a time of accelerated digital transformation. According to a Microsoft study (2023), 64% of professionals report not having time or energy for their activities, and this group is 3.5 times more likely to face difficulties related to innovation and strategy. Similarly, Artificial Intelligence emerges as the main technological flag advocated by Internal Communication, mentioned by 44% of people in a study conducted by Aberje and Ação Integrada (2024).
Given this scenario, Dialog emerges with a response to the growing demand for data analysis, simplifying the optimization of Internal Communication management and employee engagement. Investing in Artificial Intelligence since 2023, the HR Tech was the first Brazilian company in the Internal Communication market to propose an Artificial Intelligence ecosystem focused on engagement.
“Our technology not only queries data from the platform but also deeply analyzes employee behavior by integrating different sources of information captured from the communication platform that is part of the employee’s daily life. With nearly 80 indicators processed rapidly, managers can combine filters to obtain highly detailed and refined organizational responses,” explains Hugo Godinho, CEO of HR Tech.
The launch of Dialog AI Insights, aimed at answering qualitative and quantitative questions about the actions developed on the platform, now provides a deeper and more analytical view of Internal Communication and Engagement, allowing companies to assess the effectiveness of their initiatives and better direct their strategic decisions.
With this feature, through a targeted approach of Artificial Intelligence agents, information can be delivered in two ways:
- Real-time interaction: the user can ask questions directly to the AI and receive customized answers according to the platform’s database. A CI agent supports in various consultations on communication performance, campaigns, and specific audiences, being the “radar” of what is engaging in the company.
- Automated Reports: Comprehensive monthly analyses are also available that include metrics such as access, engagement, content quality, and other key aspects for internal communication management — based on what is actually being experienced within the organization.
In addition to the functionalities planned for the release, Dialog AI Insights will feature new agents capable of monitoring organizational health, predicting trends, and analyzing communication flow. ‘We will start with the IC agent to understand what interests our customers the most, and based on this usage, we will create new agents to address specific issues, by cross-referencing data,’ Godinho explains.
