Promoting knowledge, strategic connections, and solutions for corporate challenges. These are the foundations of Disruption, an event mastermind organized monthly by Enjoy, a business ecosystem focused on connecting and developing entrepreneurs, promoting disruptive and transformative solutions. Held on April 16, the event was attended by over 80 entrepreneurs at Coco Bambu and featured Giovanna de Carvalho, Head of Operations at Ready to Go.
Aimed at entrepreneurs with annual revenues exceeding R$4.8 million, Disruption was designed to encourage the exchange of experiences among these select professionals. “We focus on delivering an agenda that reinforces growth, human connection, and disruption among our participants, encouraging out-of-the-box thinking. These are deep networking sessions aimed at boosting business growth,” shares Wander Miranda, founder of Enjoy.
Managing over 100 employees, Giovanna de Carvalho drove the growth of an operation that generated over R$100 million in revenue last year, playing a central role in the strategic and operational leadership of a company now globally recognized as one of Hotmart’s largest operations. It earned the Great Place to Work certification with the highest score in the Midwest region.
The entire strategy behind this success was shared during the event. “My goal was to not only discuss hiring approaches that can best unlock corporate potential but also the importance of leadership training to align teams with objectives, along with tips on effective team management to enhance performance and productivity for achieving even better results,” she explains.
For Rafael Rodrigues, CEO of FioForte Distribuidora de Materiais Elétricos and one of the event participants, the immersion and knowledge exchange were enriching. “Enjoy managed to bring together highly qualified entrepreneurs and deliver content that exceeded my expectations. The event provided intelligent insights, pushed me out of my comfort zone, and offered both new connections and a revival of unexplored existing ones. I left with my mind racing and the feeling that we’re part of something impactful for the state,” he emphasizes.
Now, the goal is to spread the insights shared at the event among group members. “We plan to make the content available as video clips and excerpts on social media. This will allow more people, especially those facing challenges in management, strategy, and leadership, to access and apply these insights in their own companies, transforming our market’s potential and boosting competitive power,” concludes Miranda.
