ESPM brings together brands and influencers in an event to discuss influencer marketing

The Communication and Advertising course at ESPM, a reference school, an authority in Marketing and Innovation focused on business, announces the second edition of the Creator Economy. With the aim of promoting a strategic dialogue among market professionals, the event has been establishing itself as one of the main spaces for debate on digital influence, content creators, and new business models in contemporary communication. The meeting will take place on May 5th, in the ESPM auditoriums exclusively for the institution’s students.

“We are living in a moment where advertising is constantly being redefined by new technologies, platforms, and behaviors. The Creator Economy emerges as a direct reflection of this change. Offering this kind of debate within the university ensures that our students are at the forefront of thought and professional practice,” says Katherine Sresnewsky, coordinator of the Communication and Advertising Course at ESPM.

In this edition, around 40 names from brands, platforms, agencies, consultants, and creators are confirmed. Among them:

  • Brands and platforms: Masterchef, Duolingo, Magalu, TikTok, Meta, YouTube, Google
  • Agencies and collectives: Mynd, Jaffé, PodPah
  • Consultancies and influence specialists: MField, Troppe, YouPix, Creator Economy Experience (Victor Cabral)
  • Digital strategists: Bruna Fadel, Renato Tuma, Sara Zimmermann
  • Influencers and entrepreneurs: Giulia Costa, Christian Figueiredo, Zoo, Sheila Magalhães, Rodrigo Mussi, Amanda Meirelles (CEO of Med Influence), John Drops, Toguro, among others.
  • Influence specialists: Keolane Mendes

Organized around three major thematic axes, the event presents a curation of trends, trajectories, and practical reflections on the present and future of the Creator Economy:

  1. The New Era of Influence: Creators as Audience Leaders
  2. Artificial Intelligence and the Future of Content
  3. Far Beyond Content: Branding, Business, and Performance for Creators

Renata Alcalde, the event organizer, emphasizes that this edition of the event reinforces the importance of bringing the market closer to university education. “The Creator Economy has ceased to be a trend to become a new ecosystem of communication and digital business. By bringing this theme to the center of academic debate, we reaffirm ESPM’s commitment to training professionals prepared to work in constantly changing scenarios,” says the coordinator of the Postgraduate Course in Creator Economy, from Arenas – ESPM Communication and Business Agency and director of APP Brasil.

Alcalde also emphasizes that we are witnessing the emergence of new areas, functions, and work models that require repertoire, strategy, and creativity. “With these transformations, numerous opportunities for our students to act emerge — not only as market professionals, but as protagonists of this new influence economy,” she concludes.
