Lojasmel, a retailer, has just announced the hiring of the new Head of Operations, Renato Carneiro. With over 28 years of experience in finance and retail, the professional brings a solid background in team management, store expansion, and implementation of strategic processes.
His career includes stints at major brands in the sector, such as Caedu, Bradesco, and C&A, where he held leadership positions in commercial and operational areas. His journey ranges from opening new units to structuring high-performance teams, always focusing on results and customer experience.
At Lojasmel, Renato is responsible for leading operations in over 50 stores in the network, as well as actively contributing to the brand’s growth plan.
