Podcast ‘Papo IntelliGente’ discusses the job market in practice

While the world watches the departure of major companies from ESG commitments, movements representing over 700 organizations sign a manifesto for maintaining the diversity and inclusion agenda in Brazil. This complex universe of understandings, transformations, trends, and concerns about the near future is debated clearly and with a diversity of opinions on the Papo IntelliGente podcast. Presented by executives Fernanda Toledo and Aline Oliveira, the episodes of the first season engage with professionals and experts on topics ranging from new work models, mental health, to the correlations of climate change and corporate positioning.

Available on the YouTube and Spotify platforms, the Papo IntelliGente podcast is created by Fernanda Toledo and Aline Oliveira, respectively CEO and director of IntelliGente Consult, a consulting and mentoring company specializing in business strategies, programs, and projects.

“When we decided to make Papo IntelliGente a different podcast, we felt that there was a lack of dialogue in the practical way of looking at the necessary adaptations in the market, both by the business owner and the employees in their aspirations,” remembers Fernanda Toledo.

In the podcast, explains Aline Oliveira, the proposal also gives listeners the opportunity to learn about what companies are practicing and what brings results beyond the trends. “We are very interested in sharing how organizations see themselves in the future, considering aspects of innovation and the health of companies for the longevity of businesses,” emphasizes the executive.

In conversations with personalities, leaders, and professionals from various fields, Fernanda Toledo and Aline Oliveira also share their experiences at IntelliGente in consulting to make businesses more sustainable and deliver better results.

Episodes of the first season

In the first season, the Papo IntelliGente brings Raphael Henrique, regional manager Latam at the Top Employers Institute. A global authority on the excellence of Human Resources practices, the Top Employers certified over 2,400 organizations in 125 countries this year, including 73 Brazilian companies. In the podcast, intergenerationality, the role of Generation Z in the job market, mental health, new work models, as well as the impacts of global trends on Brazilian companies are leading conversation topics.

Aline Oliveira and Fernanda Toledo also discuss how work ecosystems make sense for companies looking to accelerate or improve processes more quickly. The conversation also touches on the circular economy. For the podcast, they invite Paulo Silveira, CEO at FoodTech Hub Latam, which integrates companies, universities, research institutes, government and non-governmental organizations, foodtech startups, and venture capital. With the proposal to promote innovation in food systems through investments in foodtechs and open innovation, the ecosystem created in 2018 is established as a reference in food development and innovation worldwide.

The final episode of the first season of Papo IntelliGente features Margareth Goldenberg, CEO at Goldenberg Diversidade and executive manager of the Movimento Mulher 360. With over 110 member companies, MM360 actively works to accelerate gender equity in the corporate sector. Impacts of major companies leaving ESG commitments, intersectionalities, challenges faced by women in leadership positions, among other topics, bring analyses and an innovative view on women’s involvement in the job market.

With Thierry Cintra Marcondes, specialist in Accessibility, Diversity, Innovation, and ESG, the podcast discusses diversity and inclusion in companies within the ‘new’ global context. Thierry Marcondes talks about the types of corporate accessibility (attitudinal, architectural, communicational, and digital), discusses meritocracy and inclusion, and shares his experience as a deaf person in the business world.

A proposal that sets itself apart from traditional banks is brought by José Carlos Rosa Junior in Papo IntelliGente. In this episode, the Regional Development Manager at Sicredi Iguaçu PR/SC and Metropolitan Region of Campinas/SP talks about the functioning of microcredits in the development of small businesses. The executive also showcases the innovative experience of Sicredi’s floating branches for serving riverside populations.

COP 30, also at the center of the discussion, highlights opportunities and gains for the country from the global UN event to discuss climate change. In this context, Aline Oliveira and Fernanda Toledo also address the main sustainability trends, not only in agribusiness but in other market segments that will shape the future in the next five years.
