Nuvemshop, the leading e-commerce platform in Latin America, announces the integration with Loggi, a Brazilian company that is a reference in deliveries in the country and is transforming logistics through technology, into the portfolio of Nuvem Envio — a business unit specialized in logistics solutions for the e-commerce platform. From now on, all Nuvemshop merchants can use LoggiPonto, locations for receiving packages — based on the concept of Pick up and Drop off points (PUDOs), in Brazil to send packages to addresses across the national territory.
The initiative aims to expand the options and simplify the logistics available for platform merchants, focusing on operational efficiency, lower costs, delivery speed, and integration with the extensive delivery network and coverage across the national territory.
With this new feature, entrepreneurs and major online brands gain access to Loggi’s technology and scale without the need for individual contracts or minimum shipping volumes. The entire operation is managed directly in the store’s dashboard, with label issuance, tracking, and centralized monitoring.
“The goal of Nuvem Envio is always to offer a robust, reliable, and accessible logistics structure for entrepreneurs at all stages of their business. In the first quarter of 2025 alone, we delivered over 2.7 million packages, 60% more than last year. The integration with Loggi is another step in this direction, as it allows merchants to access Loggi’s network of drop-off points, LoggiPonto, without complications or requirements that typically restrict access to this type of service,” says Thammer Manzoni, Director of Nuvem Envio in Brazil.
The partnership with Loggi offers merchants a highly efficient logistics operation — in May, the average successful delivery rate was 99.01%, considering over 12,000 processed packages. Orders for Loggi’s drop-off point services can already be made from 93 Brazilian cities, including strategic regions for e-commerce, such as major urban centers, and are dispatched nationwide. The entire freight management process, from label issuance to tracking, is automated within the Nuvemshop platform ecosystem, simplifying merchants’ operational flow.
“The partnership between Loggi and Nuvemshop represents the union of two companies that have technology at their core to transform the experience of small and medium-sized entrepreneurs. By integrating our intelligent logistics network, we are democratizing access to an efficient infrastructure, with thousands of pickup points, competitive prices, and national reach. This is an important step to strengthen the e-commerce ecosystem in Brazil and generate even more value for entrepreneurs,” says Isadora Vecchi, Head of New Business at Loggi.
The LoggiPonto solution is already available for activation in the merchant’s dashboard. The process is simple: the entrepreneur issues labels through the Nuvem Envio system, takes the packages to partner drop-off points, and tracks the delivery journey in real-time, without bureaucracy or additional contract requirements.
How LoggiPonto Works
LoggiPonto is a model that creates a network of points connected to a national logistics operation. This way, individuals and especially small and medium-sized businesses have access to various locations to drop off their products more easily, quickly, and affordably.
Thus, this service allows any entrepreneur to send products from their online store with Loggi’s most economical shipping, starting at R$5.89 for local deliveries, and benefit from the same logistics efficiency as major e-commerce brands and large marketplaces.
Through the website of the company, it is possible to check a list of accredited points near the person’s location by simply entering the ZIP code or address.
