The candidate doesn’t necessarily have to be someone currently on the market looking for a job. In fact, depending on the specificity of the role, the search can extend to employed professionals. ‘If they show interest, we hold an initial conversation to present the hiring company and assess potential cultural fit (value alignment) between both parties.’

Once the candidate confirms interest and accepts the offer, Koud directs them to the hiring company, which then takes over the process. ‘We provide a three-month guarantee to the company—if the candidate leaves within this period, KOUD returns to the market and makes a new recommendation at no cost,’ emphasizes the startup’s CEO.

In Koud’s staffing service, the procedure is similar. ‘The difference is that in this case, we handle the hiring and place the professional at the client company. After a year, the company can directly hire the professional,’ Sieck explains. ‘This speeds up hiring, reduces turnover, and increases the accuracy of candidate selection, as they enter the company already aligned—both technically and culturally.’
