With a career of over 30 years in payment methods, retail, and telecommunications, Valéria arrives with the mission to lead TNS’s expansion in the Brazilian and Latin American retail sector, offering connectivity solutions that ensure performance and security for the payment ecosystem, aiming to enhance the company’s presence in the market, focusing on store networks, autonomous markets, and self-service terminals.
Valéria has worked for major companies such as American Express, Transire, TIM, Ponto Frio, and R2U Augmented Reality. Currently, the new director is also a member of the Business Council of BRICS, contributing to discussions and initiatives shaping the future of financial services, commerce, and innovation among the world’s fastest-growing economies, as well as Vice President of Emissores at Pagos, an electronic payment management association. With a degree in Administration (FGV), she has a specialization in Marketing (ESPM), an International Executive MBA (USP), and an Omnichannel Retail MBA (ESPM).
