A Clicknurse, a platform that connects healthcare institutions to a wide network of validated professionals, optimized the processes of Labi Laboratory, a reference in laboratory testing. Since the beginning of the partnership, more than 4,700 hours of shifts have been filled, with a coverage rate of 95% at the República unit in São Paulo and 86% at the Curitiba unit in Paraná, in addition to an average application time of just two days.
The positive experience at Labi República led to the expansion of Clicknurse’s operation to the laboratory’s units in Curitiba and Piracicaba. Currently, more than 50% of shifts are posted with at least 15 days’ notice, reflecting proactive and strategic management.
