Monks, from S4 Capital, is the first agency in Brazil recognized by the TikTok Marketing Partners Program

Monks Brasil, part of the S4 Capital group, now joins the select group of agencies recognized by the TikTok Marketing Partners Program, becoming the first Brazilian agency to achieve this recognition. This achievement demonstrates Monks’ expertise in creating, executing, and optimizing high-performance campaigns on the platform, strengthening its position as a reference in TikTok-first strategies.

Marina Pires, Managing Director of Monks Brasil, explains that TikTok has become a space for experimentation, learning, and exploring the boundaries of creativity. “This achievement isn’t just an award—it’s a reflection of what happens when we allow ourselves to experiment, move with speed, understand culture in real-time, and put creativity at the center of everything we do,” she says.

The recognition proves Monks’ ability to develop campaigns that deliver results at every stage of the consumer journey, from brand awareness to e-commerce conversion. During the event ‘Unveiling the TikTok Ad Awards,’ hosted by Monks Brasil, Aline Izo, Marketing, Branding, and Communications Manager at Magazine Luiza, spoke about the importance of the campaign that won the Advertiser of the Year award and the partnership with Monks. “It was very significant because it showed it was worth starting quickly, testing, making mistakes, learning—and above all, understanding that we’re no longer making ads, we’re making entertainment, we’re making TikTok. Our big challenge was building ‘Tem no Magalu’ and generating more revenue. Magalu came with the pain, Monks with the creativity and solution, and the result came from a very collaborative effort between Magalu, Monks, and TikTok,” she said.
