A KingHost, a company that specializes in digital solutions and belongs to LWSA, announces the official launch of WEB Monitoring, a tool developed to transform the way digital marketing agencies, IT professionals, and companies deal with the availability and performance of their websites, APIs, and online platforms.
Designed especially for the domestic market, the solution stands out as the first Brazilian tool in the segment, with operations and billing in Brazilian reais, in addition to offering a simple and intuitive user experience, even for those without advanced technical knowledge.
In a scenario where every second of instability can represent significant losses, especially in digital campaigns and operations, WEB Monitoring emerges as a response to the main challenges faced by agencies and companies with high digital dependence.
Websites offline, unavailable APIs, or slow loading times are situations that directly affect campaign performance and user experience. To avoid these losses, WEB Monitoring allows real-time monitoring of accessible URLs, identifying availability and performance issues proactively.
WEB Monitoring is ideal for IT or digital marketing professionals, developers, marketing agencies, software factories, and companies with high digital dependence — such as online stores and SaaS platforms — among other profiles that require stability and fast response times to keep their operations active.
Lívia Lampert, Product Manager at KingHost, explains that the solution performs continuous monitoring of websites, APIs, and other critical URLs, sending customized alerts via email or Telegram whenever there is any abnormality – such as outages, common errors, or slowness. ‘With this, agencies can act quickly, avoiding negative impacts on their clients’ businesses,’ she highlights.
‘This means, in practice, reducing financial losses by detecting faults like a 500 or 404 error before they cause real damage, as well as offering full control for monitoring critical projects, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. A common example is that of an online store that identifies a 500 error in a timely manner and can restore operations before it affects their sales. This kind of agility is essential for those who rely on digital presence to generate revenue,’ concludes the executive.
A study based on the URLs monitored by the tool reveals the most frequently detected statuses. In 60.87% of cases, the identified status is 200 (OK), indicating that the URL is functioning normally. However, 17.39% of accesses returned an error 500 (Internal Server Error), usually associated with application code failures or API integrations. Other relevant statuses include 503 (Service Unavailable) at 6.96%, typically linked to server overload or maintenance, and 301 (Moved Permanently) at 4.35%, reflecting redirects not always well configured. Errors such as 502 (Bad Gateway) and 403 (Forbidden), both at 4.35% and 3.48%, respectively, in addition to 504 (Gateway Timeout) at 2.61% were also recorded. These data reinforce the importance of identifying failures quickly and maintaining digital stability as a priority.
A real example of the tool’s effectiveness comes from Dennis Tae, founder of the Mindage agency and a KingHost customer since 2014. Previously, he manually monitored his clients’ sites, accessing them every day, which was laborious and inefficient. With WEB Monitoring, Dennis started receiving automatic alerts as soon as a site goes down, allowing him to act swiftly — often before the client even notices the problem. ‘The feeling of security has increased significantly,’ he celebrates. ‘Today, I can enjoy my weekends with peace of mind, knowing that I will be immediately informed if something happens. For those who need convenience and productivity, it is an essential solution.’
Among the main benefits, the following stand out:
– Reduction of losses with projects and sites down;
– Increase in customer loyalty, thanks to fault prevention;
– Continuous improvement in site performance, optimizing campaign results;
– Accessible and scalable plans, adapting to the needs and budget of different customer profiles.
WEB Monitoring can be easily integrated into clients’ digital strategies. Agencies, for example, can configure the system to monitor e-commerce sites during critical dates like Black Friday, or supervise content platforms and landing pages, ensuring 24/7 availability and performance.
“Our goal with this tool is to provide control and peace of mind for digital presence managers. We are empowering agencies and developers to act preventively, avoiding technical issues that could compromise their results,” concludes Lampert from KingHost.
