For the Internship Program, applications are open from June 9th to 24th and can be submitted at this link. The internship lasts 12 months, with the possibility of extension, and the company offers a personalized development track for participants.
Undergraduate students (bachelor’s or technology degrees) from the 2nd semester onward in Marketing, Administration, Engineering, Economics, Law, Computer Science, Accounting, or related fields can apply. Availability to work onsite or in a hybrid model is required, depending on the hiring unit’s definition.
The company’s average intern conversion rate is 48.8%, reinforcing its commitment to talent retention. ‘This initiative is part of our efforts to make LWSA increasingly integrated, with a strong ecosystem and customer focus.
