According to Goldman Sachs, in 2024, 69% of small businesses use artificial intelligence (AI) in at least one area of the company, a 13% jump from the previous year. To further accelerate technology adoption among SMBs, Sebrae, Google, and Alura, with support from Samsung, are launching “Entrepreneurial Immersion in AI”. Free, online, and with a certificate, the course is aimed at entrepreneurs who want to use AI-based tools and online resources to boost their small businesses. Registrations will be open between June 10 and 30 and can be done via the link.
Classes will be available between June 30 and July 4, with a live opening session and on-demand format. The content was designed for entrepreneurs at beginner and intermediate levels of knowledge in Google tools who want to take the next digital step. The initiative aims to teach, in a practical and accessible way, how to use useful tools for any small business seeking a digital presence, such as Google Business Profile and Google Maps, as well as AI tools like Gemini and Samsung Galaxy AI to automate processes. The goal is to show how these technologies can be applied to streamline processes, increase online visibility, and support more strategic decisions in day-to-day business operations.
“Optimizing processes, strengthening customer communication, and knowing how to leverage the full potential of new technologies is crucial for business results. By developing skills in digital tools, entrepreneurs have the opportunity to transform their operations, gain agility and efficiency, and drive better results,” says Tavane Gurdos, General Director of Alura + FIAP for Businesses.
Sebrae’s Technical Director, Bruno Quick, reinforces this perspective: “The program highlights how innovation training is no longer just a competitive advantage but has become essential for any entrepreneur looking to stay competitive and expand their reach, especially in today’s fast-changing and dynamic market,” he adds.

“We want to help more and more small businesses expand their digital presence and achieve online success. Making good use of resources like Business Profile and exploring the possibilities of AI tools like Gemini are simple steps with transformative results for every entrepreneur,” says Eitan Blanche, Lead of Search Partnerships at Google.
Awarding the best projects
To earn the participation certificate, registrants must complete a practical challenge: create or update their business’s Point of Interest on Google Maps. Submission includes a link, screenshot of the updated profile, and a brief report (up to five lines) on the improvements made. The most outstanding projects will compete for prizes offered by Samsung: Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra Enterprise Edition (1st place), Samsung TAB S10 FE Enterprise Edition (2nd to 5th place), and Samsung Galaxy A56 250G Enterprise Edition (6th to 10th place).
Additionally, all participants will receive discount coupons for Samsung’s business portal (https://empresas.samsung.com.br).
“Artificial intelligence is one of the key drivers of the new wave of digital transformation for businesses. However, as this technology is now literally at our fingertips and more affordable, small and medium businesses stand to benefit greatly. That’s why we are thrilled to collaborate on this training initiative, because beyond access to tools, it’s crucial to understand how to better leverage the capabilities of accessible and secure new technologies,” says Kaue Souza Melo, Senior B2B Director for Samsung Brazil.
The winners will be announced by July 25 via email communication. For more information about the immersion and registration, visit the link.
