Company from Paraná sets up an e-commerce in 24 hours

If, at the turn of the millennium, the internet revolutionized retail with the possibility of buying and selling online, now, a quarter of a century later, technology is once again driving the sector. With artificial intelligence, e-commerce takes on new contours. It is possible, for example, to set up a virtual store with a complete service structure in just 24 hours.

Explaining this is the CMO of Irrah Tech, Miriã Plens. Based in the city of Cianorte in Paraná, one of Brazil’s main textile industry hubs, the technology solutions hub is the developer of the brands E-vendi, Kigi, and GPT Maker. E-vendi is a module of Kigi, a native e-commerce platform of the ERP system [management software]. And it integrates with GPT Maker, an artificial intelligence tool. This makes this AI sell automatically.

“The customer service experience delivered by the retailer using E-vendi is similar to that of a physical store, only automated and available 24 hours a day, seven days a week,” highlights Miriã Plens. “And the creation of e-commerce by E-vendi takes around 24 hours, the average period in which the online store will be ready to start selling,” she adds. The integrated system journey between E-vendi and the other two solutions is complete, says the Irrah Tech executive. It covers inventory management, which allows organizing, controlling, and creating reports; cash control for both physical and virtual stores; development of budgets with sales and commission management; invoice issuance; user, client, supplier, and seller registration.

Thus, the e-commerce merchant can identify products with higher turnover rates, adjust promotion strategies, and identify sales trends. ‘In addition, operational and repetitive tasks become automated, with detailed reports generated for strategic business planning. The entrepreneur focuses on strategic actions,’ points out Miriã Plens.

Specifically, the solution Kigi, from which E-vendi is native, already used by 350 companies in the five regions of Brazil. ‘It is technology allowing brands to focus on what truly matters: the growth and expansion of businesses, leaving the repetitive and operational work to artificial intelligence,’ emphasizes the CMO.

Irrah Tech has over 20 years of market presence. The origin of the hub dates back to 2004, at Grands Sistemas, founded by entrepreneur César Baleco. In 2005, Miriã Plens and Diego Berteli joined the group, and in 2018, Mateus Miranda and Felipe Sabadini also became part of the society.

Irrah Tech consists of five solutions. In addition to Kigi, E-vendi, and GPT Maker, the portfolio also includes Plug Chat (integration of multiple WhatsApp numbers) and Dispara Aí (WhatsApp automation). A sixth tool originally from the hub, Z-api, was incorporated by a holding company in the United States.
