IMBAT, a company specialized in the design and development of individual protection and safety equipment (PPE) and products related to the construction materials industry, has formed a partnership with TOTVS, Brazil’s largest technology company. From now on, the Minas Gerais-based company will use different TOTVS systems to digitalize and enhance its management, as well as obtain reliable and real-time information about its operations.

Among the solutions chosen by IMBAT is the TOTVS Backoffice – Protheus Line, a robust and flexible ERP composed of modules that cover all of the company’s back-office operations. Its modules work in an integrated manner, allowing the software to simplify routines, reduce operational errors, and eliminate manual digitization and rework, ensuring greater efficiency in administrative support. To complement the use of the management system, the company also contracted the App Meu Protheus, an application developed to provide flexibility and speed in approvals and interactivity with processes derived from the ERP.
Another solution chosen by IMBAT is TOTVS Foreign Trade, aimed at companies operating in foreign trade, whether as exporters, importers, or both. With this system, the company will be able to manage the entire logistical and commercial process, supplier and customs broker relations, foreign currency receivables, multi-currency payments and receipts, special tax regimes, as well as cost planning and forecasting—all seamlessly integrated with the ERP.
Finally, IMBAT also invested in TOTVS Cloud, TOTVS’s proprietary cloud, in the PaaS (platform as a service) model for managing its TOTVS systems, resulting in productivity, performance, and security gains, as well as cost reductions in its operations. Additionally, all environment management is carried out through T-Cloud, TOTVS Cloud’s exclusive platform, where actions such as resource contracting and configuration, access rule management, backup and restore of virtual machines, and monitoring of contracted resources can be performed, among other functionalities—all with full autonomy.
