A Sólides, a technology company leading in Brazil in people management for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), is holding the seventh Conectarh Brasil 2025 meeting in Porto Alegre (RS), a face-to-face and itinerant event on trends and innovations in the Human Resources and Personnel Department sectors. The Connecting Brazil Porto Alegre will bring a program of essential lectures and debates for professionals seeking innovation and efficiency in people management. The opening will be conducted with the lecture “The future is not tomorrow, it is now! And now?”, followed by presentations ranging from behavioral intelligence to strategies to elevate company results. The event will feature simultaneous tracks covering topics such as talent attraction and retention in multigenerational teams, employer branding, the strategic role of the Personnel Department, and best practices to mitigate labor risks. To further enrich the discussions, the event will feature the presence of industry leaders such as Áurea Santos (CEO of Escola de RHs), Lilian Anacleto (CEO of Coisas de RH), Léo Kaufmann (CEO of RH Summit), and Alini Dal Magro (CEO of Instituto PROA).
