The Freshworks announced today a long-term partnership with McLaren Racing, becoming the Official Partner of the McLaren Formula 1 team. McLaren has integrated the Freshworks ITSM (IT service management) solution, Freshservice, with the aim of increasing productivity through more agile and efficient IT services across the team.
With Freshservice powered by artificial intelligence, the McLaren Formula 1 team ensures that its global IT operations run smoothly, handling service requests quickly and seamlessly—even during the intense racing season around the world. The solution eliminates complexity and promotes operational efficiency on all fronts.
Freshservice supports the McLaren IT team in reducing technological issues, allowing the team to focus efforts on track performance. Efficient and uncomplicated processes reduce friction, speed up incident resolution, and enhance service delivery.
The Freshworks brand will be featured on the McLaren Formula 1 racing cars and team uniforms until the end of the 2025 season—and will continue in the following seasons—with the debut already this weekend at the Belgian Grand Prix.
Zak Brown, CEO of McLaren Racing, stated:
