In addition to training, 50 businesswomen with active stores on Amazon.com.br will be selected for group mentoring sessions, led by Amazon and RME experts. Among them, 20 businesses that meet the program criteria will receive financial support, with 17 participants receiving R$500 each, while 1st, 2nd, and 3rd places will be awarded R$10 thousand, R$6 thousand, and R$3 thousand, respectively, to invest in their businesses, as well as post-project mentorship, with the aim of providing continuous support for business development.
Decola Garota seeks to boost access to the digital market and strengthen the financial autonomy of the participants. ‘We want every woman to see e-commerce as a real growth opportunity. In each edition, the program has proven to be a gateway for them to scale their businesses and increase sales,’ says Ana Fontes, founder of RME.
Who can participate?
The program is aimed at women from all over Brazil, with formalized businesses (CNPJ), who work with physical products that are not for immediate consumption and do not yet sell or have a recent account on Amazon.com.br. The businesses must have the potential for scale sales and focus on expansion through the marketplace. Candidates from different regions of Brazil will be prioritized, representing all states.
Program stages:
- Online training for 150 women
- Group mentoring for 50 businesses with active stores
- Financial support for 20 entrepreneurs
- Post-project mentoring for the 20 selected
Amazon and RME reinforce, with this new edition, the commitment to strengthening female entrepreneurship, promoting access to the digital market, income generation, and economic inclusion.
