After a year of strategic collaboration, Delfia, a digital journey curation firm, solidifies its partnership with Huawei, a global leader in Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) and smart devices, expanding its presence in Brazil’s digital infrastructure ecosystem. The alliance combines Delfia’s strong field services and technology expertise, extensive reach, and specialization with Huawei’s robust portfolio, now the leading provider of information and communication technology in the country.
With over 25,000 points of presence nationwide, Delfia already operates in environments such as banks, public schools, telecom operators, and retail. Building on this installed base, the partnership with Huawei advances smart city projects, including public Wi-Fi networks with the new Wi-Fi 7 protocol—developed by Huawei itself—and smart retail initiatives, with the brand’s equipment being tested in pharmacy chains and fuel stations.
“It was a natural convergence. Huawei found in Delfia a partner with reach, efficiency, and an approach that goes far beyond product sales, with growing commercial and technical synergy. We offer complete solutions, with end-to-end delivery, curation, and operation”, explains Rodrigo Bocchi, founder and president of Delfia.

The partnership not only represents a new revenue stream for Delfia but also a strategic step in consolidating the company as a benchmark integrator in the digital infrastructure market. Additionally, 25 professionals are exclusively dedicated to Huawei within Delfia, with certifications in pre-sales, sales, and post-sales. Part of the training occurs via the Delfia Corporate University (UCD), alongside in-person training and certifications offered by Huawei itself.
“For over five years, we’ve been implementing Huawei solutions in the market. This history of high-complexity services caught the manufacturer’s attention, and they approached us last year to integrate efforts,” highlights Carlos Frias, Infrastructure Commercial Manager at Delfia.
Delfia is also already directly involved in 5G projects for telecom operators, providing technical support for antennas and infrastructure ‘swap’ activities. Executives note that, with recent macroeconomic impacts and the increased competitiveness of Chinese products, the partnership is likely to gain even more traction in 2025.

One of Delfia’s key differentiators lies in its ability to operate vertically, from solution curation to technical delivery. Instead of merely reselling products, the company offers solutions as a service (Opex), ensuring customer flexibility and avoiding idleness and waste.
