Pipedrive launches ‘Pulse’ prospecting kit and simplified plans to help businesses focus, prioritize, and grow

Pipedrive, an easy and effective sales CRM for small businesses, today launched Pipedrive Pulse, a smart prospecting toolkit that helps sales teams focus on the most suitable leads and take control of the sales funnel. The company also introduced simplified plans aligned with how customers sell, scale, and succeed. Additionally, it unveiled two powerful enhancements, Team Inbox and branching automations, designed to boost team productivity and streamline communication in a collaborative workspace.

Across different tools, regions, and company sizes, prospecting remains one of the main challenges for sales professionals. According to a Pipedrive survey, approximately 60% of CRM users struggle with pre-sales activities, especially lead qualification and nurturing. Small business sales teams are often lean, with representatives handling multiple roles and dozens of active leads and deals at any given time, making qualification and prioritization not just useful but essential. Pulse is Pipedrive’s answer to this challenge, bringing together lead enrichment, scoring, and nurturing, along with a smart sales feed, all in one place to help teams focus on what matters most.

With Pulse, users can fill in missing lead data to enhance qualification and reach, score leads based on what’s most important for their business, automate nurturing with email sequences and custom reminders, and instantly identify high-priority opportunities using a personalized sales feed.

Pipedrive is also launching two powerful enhancements to boost team productivity: Team Inbox and branching automations. The Team Inbox centralizes email communication in a collaborative workspace, allowing multiple users to efficiently access, manage, and respond to customer messages—all without leaving Pipedrive’s CRM. The branching automations enable users to create smarter workflows based on specific conditions that follow different paths according to certain criteria. This helps teams automate follow-ups, personalize customer journeys, and work more efficiently at scale.

New plans that reflect customers’ real needs

Alongside Pulse, Pipedrive is also launching a restructured set of pricing plans that are more intuitive, better aligned with business growth stages, and packed with added value for customers:

  • Lite is the new starting point, helping teams organize their sales in a simple, intuitive workspace with essential tools like lead and funnel management, AI-generated sales reports, and Pulse’s new real-time sales feed;
  • Growth reduces manual work and builds momentum through email automation, forecasting tools, and incentive sequences, so sellers can focus more on closing deals than hunting for tasks;
  • Premium adds power and precision to the entire sales cycle with features like lead generation, custom deal scoring, data enrichment, and e-contracts and e-signatures;
  • Ultimate offers the full strength of Pipedrive’s CRM, giving advanced teams access to enriched data, account-level security, expanded usage limits, and a sandbox environment to test and optimize performance across all markets.

For many existing customers, switching to the new, more suitable plan means more features for the same cost. The Pulse Feed, the flagship feature of the new Pulse toolkit, will be available to all Pipedrive users, regardless of plan. More advanced tools, like custom scoring and data enrichment, will be included starting with the Premium plan.
