Uber and Loggi, a reference in deliveries in Brazil, announce the arrival in the city of São Paulo of the new integrated service between the companies, the National Shipping. The launch will allow users of the Uber app in the capital of São Paulo to make national shipments of packages, with collection and delivery carried out by Loggi’s operation, to over 5,500 municipalities across Brazil.
With the arrival in one of the main cities in the country, the companies announce this new phase of service expansion, which could reach over 10 million users. The project has been in pilot operation since June in Campinas (SP) and Curitiba (PR), with plans to continue expanding to other municipalities in the coming months.
“After an important testing period, the expansion represents an important step in the partnership by offering another option to customers to simplify the national package sending experience. Combining expertise, with Uber in mobility and ours in logistics, we expand the range of services, allowing anyone or any company to benefit from fast, quality, and efficient package delivery,” explains Viviane Sales, Vice President of Customers and Revenue at Loggi.
Among the main benefits of the launch is the convenience and practicality of requesting national shipments without leaving home or the company, all through the Uber app, with tracking of the entire process, delivery date predictability, and security for long-distance shipments. For users and business customers, using the National Shipping helps save time to focus on what really matters.

How Envio Nacional Works
Through the Uber app, it is possible to select the Envio Nacional option for package delivery – including a wide variety of products such as fashion, cosmetics, sports items, toys, books, electronics, perfumes, pet accessories, etc. The items will be collected by Loggi, enter the company’s operation and network, for later national distribution and delivery.
All shipments can be tracked directly through the Uber app. Additionally, if the user has any doubts or needs support regarding the order, when accessing a Envio Nacional trip in the ‘Activity’ section of the Uber app itself, they can activate Lori, Loggi’s channel with Generative Artificial Intelligence for conversational customer service, which will interactively provide personalized directions for each case. In situations that require more specific assistance, the user will be directed to human assistance for handling and resolutions.
