A Shopee, global e-commerce platform owned by Sea Group, is accepting applications for its new trainee program, the Graduate Development Program. The initiative will hire a minimum of eight young professionals to work in São Paulo (SP), under CLT conditions and with a hybrid work model. Eligible candidates must have completed their graduation between December 2023 and December 2025 in various bachelor’s and licentiate courses. Fluency in English is required.

The duration of the Shopee trainee program is up to two years, under the CLT hiring regime.
