On September 12th and 13th, the Entrepreneur Mission will take place in Alphaville (Barueri, SP), an event organized by SERAC , a hub of corporate solutions and a reference in the accounting, legal, educational, and technology fields. Aimed at entrepreneurs from all areas, the two-day immersion aims to help those who are starting a business to boost their business in its various sectors.
According to Jhonny Martins , vice-president of SERAC, the Entrepreneurial Mission was organized for those who are ready to face challenges and boost their business. "Our goal is to help entrepreneurs grow, unlocking the maximum potential of their business," he explains.
According to the executive, the event is ideal for those who suffer from excessive working hours, lack of time for family and leisure, and whose team is demotivated due to a lack of investment in development and/or failure to innovate and adapt to the market. "Many problems can arise in managing a company, and our goal is to provide support so that owners and their teams can work together to reverse a negative scenario and achieve success," says Jhonny Martins.
The Entrepreneurial Mission will work on essential growth levers for businesses, such as: business management, strategic marketing, effective sales tactics, inspiring leadership, corporate culture, people management, and powerful communication and influence.
“Corporate culture, for example, is one of the fundamental pillars for the success and growth of an organization, and not every entrepreneur understands this. When employees identify with the values and goals, they feel part of a united and engaged community, working towards a common objective,” says the vice-president of SERAC.
The Entrepreneurial Mission event, taking place in September, will feature speakers from SERAC itself, who will share strategies that help shape the success of the company, which is present in more than 20 Brazilian states and has over 300 employees. It will also include the following guest speakers: Valquíria Mendes, specialist in personal development and conscious co-creation; Pyong Lee, entrepreneur, magician, and hypnotist; and João Brognoli, marketing entrepreneur.
